unfriendly staff cupboard policy
The location proved quite convenient , situated between two major train stations. Refreshments remained available throughout the day , I found drinks like soda , water , coffee , tea , and juices , alongside snacks such as finger foods , French sweets , and fruit.
The front desk staff seemed rather unfriendly , or perhaps they just had a talent for projecting that image. When I looked for a spot to leave empty cups and bowls in the kitchen area , one staff member sharply informed me that I was not allowed to be looking around in cupboards. Perhaps the cupboards should be labeled if they are off-limits.

lack of fridge stained covers
I was a bit disappointed that the room lacked a mini-fridge (this would have been useful for keeping drinks cold). The television service was also not fully functional during peak hours, a bit frustrating when I wanted to relax in the evening. I found that the walls had several marks, something that shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel. The chair covers also had noticeable stains. There was considerable noise whenever someone left their room.

fantastic spot near gare de l'est
friendly staff convenient location double glazed windows
the staff were so friendly and helpful i could always find someone to assist with directions or recommendations the hotel's location near the train station made traveling around the city very convenient i easily accessed different parts of the city using the nearby metro lines the double glazed windows kept the room quiet despite the proximity to the station
the toilet was very small inside the room

the hotel provides very nice accessibility to the train station making it stress free to travel there are constant patrols by police and army personnel near the station so safety is enhanced the location helps reduce travel times.

my room was a nice size and well maintained the bed felt so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure i also liked that the hotel had effective air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature the room was very clean

i found the team members to be helpful throughout my visit they promptly addressed requests and provided useful information the hotel offers a club area where guests may enjoy free coffee and snacks this was a very appreciated amenity.

train station modern facilities sauna perk
The location near the train station was amazing! i loved how modern and comfortable the hotel was. it had excellent facilities. the proximity to the train station was unbeatable. Plus, i felt safe on the hotel. i really appreciated the sauna as a perk!
The room was a bit small. Barely any space to open the wardrobe because it was blocked by the bed.

The location is near the train station, made travel convenient.
The room size was too small. Opening the wardrobe was difficult because the bed blocked it. The hotel also charged extra fees for services such as early check-in and using the café area while waiting for check-in time. This policy seemed excessively focused on monetization.
